Founded in Nairobi, WIRE aims to enhance women’s representation and leadership roles in Kenya’s built environment. Through dedicated business development support, mentorship programs, and comprehensive industry research, WIRE equips its members with critical tools for success. By hosting exclusive networking events and workshops, along with providing essential market insights, WIRE cultivates a thriving community that champions strong leadership and actively works to dismantle gender biases prevalent in the industry.
