This committee focuses on member recruitment, onboarding, and engagement. It also leads communication strategies, ensures consistent branding, manages internal and external communication channels, and strengthens WIRE’s visibility and community presence.

Research and Advocacy/Grants Committee

This committee drives WIRE’s thought leadership by conducting research, compiling insights, and informing policy discussions. It champions advocacy initiatives that promote gender equity, professional growth, and industry-wide impact for women in the built environment.

WIRE Lift Mentorship Committee

This committee oversees the WIRE Lift Mentorship Program, including mentor–mentee pairing, curriculum development, training sessions and continuous support to ensure a meaningful and impactful mentorship experience.
